Mono Mafia is an Italian luxury streetwear brand and is manufactured in Italy. We manufacture exclusively in Italy to uphold Italian essence that is expertly overseen in each product. The quality, design and authenticity are executed by craftspeople who hold themselves to the highest standards. 

Mono Mafia establishes a committed partnership with factories in Italy. We want only the best, authentic product for our customers. Therefore, we oversee product development in all stages, from print and textile to brand packaging. We perfect every detail to ensure that all products meet the high standards of both Mono Mafia and our consumers. 

Mono Mafia can be cleaned in a light wash / gentle cycle using wash cold 30-degree water. Products must be line drying, away from sunlight. Consumers cannot bleach product or use an iron on print. Products cannot be dry cleaned; products cannot be tumble dried.

Mono Mafia is a unisex brand. When choosing your size, women should choose a size below what they usually wear. While men’s clothing fits true to size. If men want a more fitted look, we recommend choosing a size below what you usually wear. Our sizes run from XS-XXL. For more information, please see the sizing chart. Exchanges and returns are complimentary for eligible items in their original, unworn condition within 10 days of delivery, for a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that products must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, at the cost of the consumer. If you receive a product with quality imperfections, please email us at info@monomafia.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

While standard exchanges are always free, we only accept one exchange shipment per purchase. Subsequent exchanges will be subject to shipping charges of $30 USD per item. Contact us at info@monomafia.com to initiate a return or exchange.

We cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are sometimes able to make changes to orders that have not yet shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already been dispatched, we will be happy to set up a return for unworn products within 10 days of receipt. We offer free express shipping from Italy to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. By shipping directly to our customers, we minimize shipping time and reduce emissions. We ship quickly! Your Mono Mafia order will be fulfilled and dispatch within one working day of receipt or within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping reference (air waybill number) that allows you to track your package, with most packages delivered within two business days, depending upon region.

Once your Mono Mafia order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number, which will allow you to track your package.

We are pleased to accept Visa Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Paypal. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks or cash.

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new or sold-out items that are scheduled to be shipped at a future date. Pre-orders will have their own specific shipping date. The estimated shipping time is located in the description of each pre-order item. Please make note of each pre-order estimated shipping time before purchasing. 

We cannot guarantee the arrival date of your pre-order item, but always aim to have it arrive as close to the release date as possible. Release date can be found on product page. Pre-orders can have production delays. When placing your pre-order you agree to these terms. We will do our best to update our site with any changes.

Yes, all pre-orders are charged immediately. This will lock your order in and you will have top priority.

If you ordered a pre-order, pre-order bundle or any additional item with a pre-order, you will receive whatever is in stock and any items in pre-order will be fulfilled as soon as it becomes available. You will not be charged for additional shipping cost.
